Plastic Lumber Nailing Strip For Use Beneath Synthetic Lawns

Synthetic lawns or artificial turf utilize a nailing strip that remains below the surface of the ground.  The synthetic grass is fastened onto the nailing strip to keep the surface smooth and even long term.  Installation techniques vary as much as terrain and ground type varies however there are many uses for plastic lumber in these types of construction projects.  Premium grade lumber can be used with standard order available in any of the following colors:

  • White, Black, Teak, Mahogany, Grey, Green, Sand
  • Pacific Blue, Tangerine, Lemon, Lime, Aruba, Sunset Red

Plastic lumber is ideal for this scenario  since it will not rot or decompose. Utility grade is often preferred because aesthetics are obviously not important when buried underground.

Plastic Lumber will not:

  • Rot
  • Splinter
  • Split
  • Crack
  • Warp
  • Cannot be infested
